One death in a clash between security forces and protesters in Bokaro, very injured
According to a report of Ani news agency, a protester died and several security personnel were injured on Thursday in a collision between security forces and protesters near Bokaro Steel plant in Jharkhand. The BSL -displaced Apprentice Association conducted a protest march near the administrative building of Bokaro Steel plant to claim employment. According to officials, the protesters stopped the employees who go to the plant when the staff of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) tried to distribute them. Alok Ranjan, Deputy Superintendent of the Bokaro City Police, said the protesters refused to follow the request to enter the employees, causing the CISF to pick up lights. At least two protesters were injured and rushed to the Bokaro General Hospital for treatment. However, Bokaro Mla Sveta Singh claimed that one person died in the incident. Police have not yet confirmed the casualty. Cisf Digvijay Kumar Singh said that the administration did not allow the protest, but the protesters gathered, closed the gates and stoned. Singh said: “When he broke the barriers and injured a few soldiers, we started chasing them. Some people fell during the collision.
