Why I'm (still) Vegan | Pro Athlete | Ex-Vegan Shade | John Rush

Hey everyone! A lot of people have been asking me lately why I went vegan and what my thoughts were on all these “influencers” not being vegan anymore. I tried not to throw too much shade at ex-vegans but I do detail all the reasons why I’m vegan and why I continue to be vegan as a pro athlete.
