morning ..6..7 am juice (2or 3 days sour (khatta) juice like lemon )

10. am. fruits ( ager khatte fruits suit naa karen to pehle meethe fruit len feer week men 1… 1 din kerke badhate jayen )

12. salad + green leaves then chapati and cooked vegitable or rice and cooked vegitable then 1 spoon raw seasame (til black)+ 1 spoon raw cumin (zeera )

4to 5 pm fruits or juice or salad .

8to 9 pm . night food like noon . first salad + green patte leaves , then rice and vegitable or chapati and cooked vegitable .

rice and daal or chapati and daal ek sath nahin lena he .

attention

1. no sweet or sour with cooked food mean at noon or night meal …no tomato should be added in cooked vegitable .

2. no any milk product ( janvar ka doodh or dudh se bani cheesen use nahin kerni hen )

3. fully light raw food till noon. juice and fruits, soup.

4. protein product should be taken in the night only

5.nut raw milk can be taken in the night after 1 hour of night meal .

7. sweet or sour ( meetha or khatta kevel fruits ke rup men akele me fruits ke samay hi lena he …pake hue bhojan ke sath nahin .
