# 1 Lie is that Healthy eating is boring. People think healthy food isn’t delicious. It’s so not true. BS Lie #2) It that healthy eating isn’t sustainable. The truthbomn here is that you can eat healthy every day and you still won’t get tired of it. So many of you ask, what is the most effective system to stay in shape? It’s eating right from Monday to Saturday, and having a cheat day every week. Cheat day, meaning, you are in charge, you can have what ever you are missing whether it’s soda, cake, pizza, doughnut, whatever. Having a cheat day can help you stay on track with your goals.

#Myth # 3is that Healthy eating is expensive. Eating healthy is very important. And It’s actually cheap, especially local vegetables. These are everyday ingredients that can make you feel full! The way you eat has an impact on your health and performance, and going for fruits and veggies doesn’t always demand a high price just go to the farmers market or sprouts or trader Joes depending on where you live and look for what’s in season!

For those of you who are looking to take their fitness game seriously this time around, my advice is to keep it simple. Don’t make it so complicated! The rules are very simple that sometimes, we get so excited and we make it so complicated, and then we give up.
