TEHRAN, Iran — Iran’s Supreme Chief Ayatollah Ali Khamenei says “there will probably be no talks with the U.S. at any stage” — remarks apparently meant to finish all hypothesis a few U.S.-Iran assembly on the U.N. later this month.
