Although protein is an essential part of our diet, I don’t believe it is more important than all of the other macronutrients and micronutrients that are critical for good health.
My aim is to share healthy recipes for protein shakes that contains all of the needed nutrients including protein, and are based on whole plant based foods.
I believe that once you cover all of your nutritional bases, you’ll feel better than you’ve ever felt. It’s certainly working for me!
I like to get all of my calories and my nutrients in my meals as I’m too busy for snacking.
Although some protein powder is healthier than others, I do believe that whole foods containing all your nutrients, rather than isolated and highly processed nutrients are so much better for your health.
