Teaching Children Early to Appreciate Eating Good Food Starts In The Home - Embed Long Term Habits

As a Naturopath and Mother, it was vitally important to me to ensure my daughter received education early in life on how to recognise the difference between eating junk food and eating healthy food and more importantly – how to have a balance in both. To embed the message into long term habits, demonstration, participation and repetition are all vital components to setting routine in place.
