Murgh Musallam.
Today I am going to prepare Murgh Musallam.
Ingredients: –
Whole Skinless Chicken-1 (1 to 1.5 kgs)
Refined oil or Olive oil for frying and cooking-3 tbsp
Fresh Beaten curd with water and salt-5 tbsp
For Marination: –
Curd-5 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
Kashmiri mirch powder-2 tsp (Its better than red chilli powder for health) (It can also be used instead of food colour).
Salt to taste
Onion paste-2 tbsp
Green chilli paste-2 tbsp
For Gravy: –
Coriander powder-2 tbsp
Cumin powder-1.5 tbsp
Black pepper powder-1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick-3 inch to 4 inches
Green cardamom-5 pieces
Cloves-5 pieces
Mace-4 blades
Onion paste-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chilli paste-1 tbsp
Rest of Marination mix.
Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
Paste of Poppy seed-2 tbsp, Cashewnut-1/2 cup, Charmagaz-2 tbsp
For Fry: –
Onions-2 big (finely well chopped length wise)
Olive oil-3 tbsp
Whole marinated chicken
For Garnishing: –
Onion Rings, Tomatoes slices, Coriander leaves and fried onions and Lemon.
