Meal Prep-Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients: 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup of honey
3 Tbsp oil
1-2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1-2 garlic cloves minced
Directions: put all ingredients EXCEPT chicken into a bowl n whisk together until honey blends into the soya sauce.Add chicken to a large freezer bag,pour in sauce and seal.Mix the chicken in the sauce by moving the pieces and the bag around( as shown in video). open the bag n re seal trying to eliminate air as much as possible so it can lay flat and allow more freezer space.
Cooking Instructions: Remove frozen contents from bag by dumping into casserole dish.Bake in preheated over at 350 1 hour in Oven OR 4-6 hours on low in a crock pot.
*** tip*** try serving over coconut rice with pineapple.
