Hot & Spicy Jerk Pork Recipe
3.5 lbs pork butt (including the bone in this recipe
3 tablespoonful of hot and spicy traditional jamaican jerk seasoning ( the plant base style not the powder jerk seasoning)
1 tsp of table salt
10 cloves of fresh garlic (pounded)
3 bay leaves
1 cup of warm or cold water

See below my low carb diet food over the next three days from Friday Jan. 31st. My Jan. 31st weight during this live streaming was 149.5lbs. I will Update you Next Friday during my next Live Cooking Feb 7th.
Breakfast:
First Day Jan. 31st
One ripe avocado with a handful of froasted flakes
1 ( vanilla or fruit yogurt
1 yellow riped kiwi
1 big mug of coffee
Lunch: Jan. 31st
1 slice of 12 grains Toast bread with almond butter
1 cup of dragon fruits
1 cup of strawberries
a handful or two of unsalted mixed for snacks
Warm Water or Green tea
Dinner Jan. 31st
about 3 cups of cooked mixed green beans, carrots & chicken breast ( Pls watch the Live Cooking portion of this Live the How To for this recipe)
Fruits and a handful or two of unsalted mixed nuts for snacks whenever I get hungry
Warm water
2nd Day Feb. 01 the same as the first day
except lunch I had 2 riped avocado and black coffee only.
3rd Day Feb. 2nd
Breakfast
Big mug of black coffee
1 slice of 12 grain bread/french toast
1 small fruit yogurt
1 whole yellow riped kiwi
3rd Day Lunch & Dinner
The same
about 3 cups of cooked mixed green beans, carrots & chicken breast
One Apple and a handful or two of unsalted mixed nuts for snacks whenever I get hungry
Warm water
I have also started to do metabolism exercises today Feb. 2nd
I do consumed them gradually, not all at once.
