4. I live in this area and holy hell people do this ALL THE TIME going from publix to starbucks/chili’s or vs.

5. This happened to me once, exactly like you.

   Except the limit was 40 and there was 1 car next to me going the same way while we had a shitload of cars behind us.

   I didn’t honk but the car next to me did, scary stuff i imagine if we were going a little over 40 we would have definitely collided.
