Preparation is very important whenit comes to cooking vermicelli / rice noodles dishes.These comes in dried packets which needs to be rehydrated prior to cooking. Vermicelli / rice noodle that is too hard or soft will definitely result in a failed attempt when it comes to cooking stir fry.
