How to cook Nigerian Coconut fried rice

Rice.. 10 cups
1 pack green beans
6 medium sized carrot
200g liver
1/2 pound jumbo shrimp
5 chicken seasoning cubes
6 garlic gloves
Thumb sized ginger
4 onions
4 coconut
Corn oil
Thyme.. 1tblspn for the meat
Curry 1 tblspn for the meat
1/2 Ttspn for the veg
5tblsp unsalted butter
3tblspn corn oil
