How not to die from an egg during SHTF or anytime

My wife caught this. We found out if an egg floats in water it’s bad! Throw it at a politician! Don’t eat it. One could get food poisoning from it. With her having cancer and the effects of chemo and a compromised immune system, this could have killed her!
