Hey friends welcome back to Susie’s Heart for another video! This video is a short overview of how I grocery shop, meal plan, and meal prep our meals for one week. I have been meal prepping for a while now but just started meal planning, and I LOVE IT!! It used to seem burdensome to me to meal plan, but with the forms I can print off of my printer ( yes you read that right) it is so much easier. I don’t have to worry what meals I’m going to make the next day because I have laid out for me. And if need be, I can switch the meals to different days! FILMING AND EDITING TOOLS:

I film my videos and take my thumbnail picture with my Google Pixel XL. I’m hoping to upgrade to a newer phone soon. I edit my thumbnail photo with the Lightroom App, and add the words and emojis with the Pixlr App. I edit my videos on the KineMaster App.
