Healthy Breakfast and Lunch Meals from Patrick Delves
Patrick Delves is a Healer from Granada I watch often. His meals were changed with my ideals.
Herbal tea made with soaked sea moss. He takes a handful of fresh seamoss and soak it in a bowl. I used powder as I don’t have fresh here.
He made a base of herbal tea with cinnamon and ginger and other herbs like goldenseal. I used dandelion root and hibiscus He drinks this during the day and adds some to his smoothies.
To make the herbal tea add in 1 liter of water to 1 tablespoon of each herb dandelion root and hibiscus and 1/2 tablespoon of ginger to 1 tsp of cinnamon. Bring the water to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and store as needed. To add to the smoothie make sure the tea is cold.
In his breakfast smoothie he started with around 2 cups of fresh coconut water and a bowl of soaked seamoss.
I did not have coconut water and so instead I used hemp milk. I added 2 cups of water to 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds.
I then added in my Bromide plus mix (half bladderwrack powder and half powdered Irish moss powder I added in 1 tablespoon.
Best Botanicals ships free in the US. To make add 2 cups of each herb, mix well and then place in a sealed jar for use as needed.
I then added in 3/4 tablespoon of Dr. Sebi Green Food Mixture which is bladderwrack, linden flowers, nopal powder and nettles powder Making up these mixtures will last you six months for future use.
To make the Dr. Sebi green food. Add equal amounts of each powder in a bowl, mix well and seal in a glass jar. The linden flowers need to be fine ground or purchased as powder.
Patrick used a protein powder but I chose the two mixtures instead above.
He used no sweetener but I did add in some agave and date syrup.
I added 2 drops of Solaray oregano oil to the liquid.
In a separate bowl I added many powders and all capsules were opened up and placed without the capsule except the Vit D3, I just added one clear capsule. I placed the mixtures above in the bowl for the Green Food and the Bromide Plus mix, some probiotics from Dr. Axe, Vit D3, C, folic acid, magnesium (2 caps), immune assist (mushrooms), R-ribose, MSM, 1/2 gram of saffron, etc.
You get the gest. I added all vitamins I needed to take during the day and very rarely did. You can add to your smoothie what you need.
I added in some black raspberry and bananas. You can add whatever fruit you like. Patrick added no fruit.
He then put about 1/2 cup of his herbal tea in the bottom of the glass with half the smoothie. He mixed well.
Around 1pm he had a large avocado for his healthy fat.
At 4pm he had his pumpkin soup. This soup consisted of shredded pumpkin with lots of garlic and ginger with green peppers and peas. I will opt for other things.
Keep in mind he added black seed to his smoothie. He said he had to have his black seed daily.
The David (Dawood) Fast is dry fasting from sunrise to sunset only. You do this every other day.You can eat what you want at sunset but best to break your fast with water and dates if you have them.
