Healthy Apple Milkshake
Ingredients :
1) Apple -1
2) Sugar 2 to 3 spoons (add according to your taste )
3)Milk 1 Glass (cold will be good)
4) Elachi – 1 ( optional)
5)Basil Seeds – 1 spoon ( soak in water for 5 min)
Preparation Method:
1) peel the apple cut into small pieces & soak in water so that they won’t turn to black
2) Add into blender
3)Add sugar & Elachi
4) Blend once
5) Add Milk
6)Blend all the ingredients untill it becomes smooth
7) Add Soaked Basil Seeds into A Glass
8 ) Strain the blended juice
9) Add into Glass & mix
Now healthy milk shake is ready
Serves 2 glasses
