Health E: Eat It (1994) - FULL EPISODE

It’s a new series, and Elin Rhys is looking for a man – Bob will have to do, now that Blod’s all pregnant and off the scene. Once she finds him, we take a journey into the mouth, down the oesophagus, and into the stomach, where we can learn all about the various food groups and how to eat a balanced diet. Also important is knowing how to store and prepare food carefully, as any sort of bacteria could lead to a messy ending.

They make it look so easy to eat healthily, don’t they? In the intervening years, that’s something that seems to have become progressively less convenient, in my experience…
