Sorry that it has been such a long time since I last posted on here. All is explained in this video, but my Mac basically broke and I lost all content I created 🙁 🙁 ….but I’m back and I have this video for you guys!

Recipes mentioned in the video –

Oatmeal – 1/2 cup instant oats, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (mic for 2 minutes). Top with frozen berries, 1 tsp almond nut butter and a drizzle of honey!

Protein smoothie – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop chocolate whey protein (linked below), 1 tsp almond butter, 1 tbs greek 0% yogurt, 1/3 large avocado, 1 small banana, 1/2 tsp spirulina and 1 tsp super greens powder (Add ice to it to blend or afterwards!)

Sea bass fillet dinner – Finely chopped red cabbage cooked in butter, honey and parsley, boiled chantilly carrots, roasted sweet potato cubes cooked in olive oil, salt and pepper in the oven, and a pan fried sea bass fillet!
