Chilli con carne:
500g mine meat low fat
2 tins chopped tomato
1.5 onions – white
1/2 passata
chilli con carne powder
1 tin kidney beans
herbs as desired
garlic if desired
2 packets uncle bens rice
meatballs:
500g low fat mince meat
herbs as desired
garlic if desired
1.5 white onions
2 eggs
1/2 passatta
1 jar bolognese sauce
250g spagetti
