Fleet Eats: Kale and Squash Salad
Our greens can be utilized in many delcious ways. Here’s a simple and easy recipe to prepare that hearty kale from your backyard garden or local market.
All you need is:
– about 2 cups of kale
– about 1 cup of butternut squash
– 1/3 cup of olive oil
– 1/3 cup of lemon juice
– 1/3 cup of orange juice
– 1 tsp of garlic
– 1 tsp of ginger
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– 10 oz of spinach
– 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
