We had a Family Fun Day of relaxation and togetherness! We went to the library and later watched Indian in the Cupboard.
We were invited to a train themed birthday party and had a ton of fun riding the small train!
I then talk about my emotional eating problems and my bittersweet experience of reading Intuitive Eating.
I eat for every reason. Sad. Anxious. Depressed. Happy. Reward. Stressed. Bored.
I started to implement the process of becoming an intuitive eater and gained 30 pounds and 3 dress sizes! YIKES! Based on what I read in the book after reading it cover to cover, I think I need professional help and therapy to learn how to become an intuitive eater. Therefore, I am putting systems into place in my life today to help me be more balanced. To eat the right amounts of foods at the right times. And to exercise because it makes me strong and healthy. I’m doing what I know how to do until I can deal with my emotional eating issues later on with professional help.
