Cheap, Easy Slim Thick Meal Prep // What I eat in a week



High Protein, Easy, Delicious meals that I eat during the week to make gains during my bulking season! Although I do not count macros nor calories, I generally pay attention to the nutrient density that go in my food. Also, having meals that are high in protein mean I stay full throughout the day while I also make ’em gains! Notice that I eat around a cup of rice for lunch and dinner although this wasn’t shown in the video~

Let’s make some happy thic gains

Breakfast: Chickpea chocolate cookie dough

Lunch: lentils with bok choy and rice

Dinner: Coconut fish curry with rice and broccoli.
