Sautéed BOK CHOY
1 Lbs. contemporary BOK CHOY, rinsed in cool faucet water and grime eliminated
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt, non-obligatory
1 garlic clove, minced
Juice from half a contemporary lemon.
1. In a big skillet (or wok), over medium-high warmth, add olive oil.
Warmth till scorching. Add garlic and bok choy. Proceed stirring. Prepare dinner for
5 minutes, or till crisp-tender.
2. Switch to serving dish.
3. Squeeze contemporary lemon over Bok Choy. Toss. Serve.
