In this video i have briefly covered about Air Arabia MPL Program (i.e MultiCrew Pilots License) and its selection process as its currently open for all genders and nationalities under partnership with Alpha Aviation Academy UAE, which is managed by Air Arabia itself and the main thing about this program is you get guaranteed 1500 hrs on A320/A321 NEO as a temporay first officer on contract basis (as per their official data) i.e if you successfully complete your training as per their standards then you will be taken in for line training, post completion of that you will be offered job with Air Arabia as per your performance and an interview conducted by Air Arabia for permanent job.
