Islamabad’s Deputy Commissioner Muhammed Hamza Shafqaat attributed the flash flood to a cloudburst and advised the ultimate public to “cooperate and limit pointless actions”, in retaining with a doc by GEO TV. He mentioned an operation is underway to specific the roads.
