Ingesting urine through the nostril -FE Dork

I’ve been struggling for months with mildew toxicity, and it’s no laughing matter..
…have had to transform what I ingest, and there are solely about 12 issues I can eat now, NO fruit of ANY type, NO nuts, NO grains or bread, NO sugar, of ANY type, (not even candy greens), NO starches, and NO superfoods, similar to spirulina or dietary yeast… .. wow… that doesnt depart a lot for me to eat … WAAAA!!!-
