Hey y’all! I’m bringing you a weekly meal prep video which includes breakfast, lunch and a healthy snack.

Breakfast Bowl:
1 lb Jennie-O turkey sausage
2 cups egg whites
5 cups shredded hashbrowns

Protein Energy Balls:
⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup old fashioned oats
½ cup ground flax seeds
2 tablespoons monk fruit syrup

Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes:

1 large head cauliflower
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons grass-fed butter
1 teaspoon pink salt & pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Zoodles:

1 tsp garlic powder
2 medium zucchinis
1 lemon juiced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
