Ingredients:

Amla / Awla / Indian Gooseberry – 4 to 5 no., cut into pieces
Coriander / Dhaniya – 1 cup, chopped
Mint leaves / Pudina – 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves – 3 to 4 no.
Green chillies – 2 to 3 no.
Jeera / Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

1. In a grinder, add all the ingredients and blend it into fine paste.
You may add add as required. Do not add too much just 1/4 cup would be sufficient.
2. Amla Chutney is ready to eat.

1. Do not add too much water.
2. You can use this chutney for spicy pani puri water.
3. To cut down the sourness of amla, you and add a small piece of jaggery.
