$50 Easy Quick Meal Prep: Plant Based On a Budget for Beginners | Kurlykyy



In this video I did a $50 plant based meal prep for a week.It is a misconception that being plant based is expensive, and not feasible. Contrary to popular belief, it is cheaper to be plant based because its strictly produce and some grain, which is very afforable. All of the recipes created are cheap, fast and easy. If youre afraid to go plant based, this is a great start to transition into the lifestyle, as we do use meat substitutes for the dinner meal.

Ingredients you will need:

Breakfast Smoothie:
Fruits:
Carrots
Celery
Apples
Cucumber
*add turmeric or mint*
Serving size all depends on how much of each you’d like.

Lunch:

2 cans of Goya Chickpeas
1 jar of Tomato Sauce
Sauteed veggies (peppers, garlic, onion, spinach or kale)

Dinner:
Plant Based Sausage
2 cups of white rice
Sauteed veggies (peppers, garlic, onion, spinach or kale)

For Snacks you can do fruits or nuts.
