IFS officer dealt with Bihar's administrative reform model, information on administrative reforms in the state

A team of four Indian Foreign Service (IFS) reached Patna Friday. The team members visited the Bihar Administrative Reform Mission Society under the Middle Service Training Phase II (MCTP-II) program. The team consists of Amit Kumar Mishra (2004 group), director (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Sandeep Kumar (2009 group), e/i. Deputy Head of Doha Mission, Dr. Sushil Kumar (2009 group), Consul General, CGI, Melbourne and Manoj Bihari Verma (2009 group), Ambassador E/i. Including Monrovia. The purpose of visiting these officers was to be acquainted with the implementation of administrative reform programs implemented by the Bihar Administrative Reform Mission Society. Let us tell you that a meeting was held in Bihar’s administrative reform mission, Patna, in which Dr. BB the officials were notified by Rajendra and a brief introduction of the programs offered by the mission in the field of administrative reform by Dr. Pratima, additional missionary director of the association. In the meeting praised by foreign services officials, a detailed presentation was given on the Rights of Bihar, Bihar Public Grieeance Refressal Act, Bihar government’s employees’ grievance system, human resources management system, investigation and solution call center. The officials appreciated the role of society and appreciated its contribution for the successful implementation of these administrative reform programs in the state.
