The Directorate of Education issued an order to form inspection committees in all districts. Each committee is led by Deputy District District Magistrate (SDM) of the various field. This includes Deputy Director of District-Zone, Deputy Director, Account Officer and Principal of Government Schools. These committees are the responsibility of the responsibility of all private schools that have not been set up, especially the schools in Delhi, against whom complaints were received. Until April 16, more than 600 private schools were inspected throughout Delhi. The recognition of these schools will be canceled, the government said strict action is being done against schools that promote profitable and commercialization by increasing arbitrary fees. Show cause of notifications is issued to such schools. In the case of violating rules, the process of canceling their recognition or management of management is begun by the government. These schools were also instructed to withdraw arbitrary fees immediately. So far, notices have been issued to more than ten schools in terms of section 24 (3) of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973. Strict action will be taken against schools that do not follow the right to Education Act. During the action inspection at these schools, it was also found that many schools did not submit the required audit report and fee details under sections 17 (3) and 180 (3). Such schools are also done as per rules. In the case of Dummy school affairs, the Directorate also received complaints about Dummy School (nominal entry) at some schools. During the inspection, 20 such schools were identified and they were done against the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 against them.
