Tahwaw Rana, an accused in the notorious attacks on 26/11 Mumbai, requested to meet with his family, for which he moved a court in Delhi. According to reports, the accused of 26/11 terror attacks filed an application requesting permission to communicate with his family members. In response, the Delhi Patiala House Court issued a notice to the NIA regarding his plea. Rana made a plea by his lawyer on April 19 before the special Judge Hardep Kaur will hear the court on April 23 arguments on the matter. The Pakistani-Origin businessman was detained by a court on April 10 after 18 days. The NIA claims as part of the criminal conspiracy, accused David Coleman Headley, discussed the entire operation with Rana before his visit to India. Rana, 64-year-old Pakistani-Origin-Canadian businessman and a close employee of 26/11 attacks, chief conspirator David Coleman Headley, an American citizen, was brought to India after the US High Court rejected his judgment plea against his extradition on April 4.
