Today I am just going over how I meal prep. It differs from week to week, but overall the concept is the same. We usually will buy meat on sale/in bulk. We also will buy our boxed items when those are on sale or their is a deal for buy more save more. Then I just buy a few items I can use with the items that need to be eaten from our stock at the house. I try to make sure most of the dishes can be mixed and matched so my husband doesn’t get bored of eating the same exact thing. I am a little different – since I have such a sensitive stomach I usually make what I’ve been tolerating and eat that all week, hence the brownies for breakfast.
