RASPBERRY DUTCH BABY PANCAKE
three eggs
100 ml milk
60 g all objective flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/four tsp salt
A handful of raspberries
Butter for the pan
Toppings:
Raspberries
Whipped cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
Warmth the oven to 220°C and place a skillet on the center rack to warmth up.
In a blender, or in a bowl with an electrical hand mixer, mix/whisk collectively all of the components till easy and foamy.
Rigorously take away the skillet from the oven. Add the butter into the skillet and swirl the pan to soften the butter and coat the underside and sides of the pan.
Pour within the batter into the pan, place some raspberries on prime, and bake within the oven for 15-20 minutes, till puffy and golden brown.
Served with powdered sugar, extra berries and whipped cream.
