Muy buen domingo!! Y como me lo súper pidieron acá está, la receta de los MARROC CASERO!
🥜🍫Ingredientes: (para 12 unidades) Chocolate Con leche 200 gr, Chocolate Blanco 100 gr, Pasta de maní (usé @sytarisrl) 6 cdas. Nada más!!
🍫🥜Procedimiento: Mezclar el chocolate negro con three cdas de pasta de maní y derretir (en cacerola a fuego bajo para que no se queme). Colocar la mitad de la preparación en molde tipo budinera rectangular previamente aceitado formando una capa fina uniforme y llevar a freezer hasta que solidifique. Fundir el chocolate blanco con las three cdas de pasta de maní restantes y poner por encima de la primer capa, llevar a freezer unos pocos minutos para solidificar. Colocar la mitad del resto de la mezcla de chocolate negro (si se endureció calentalo nuevamente) por encima de la segunda capa y llevar nuevamente al freezer algunos minutos más. Retirar de la heladera y desmoldar en frío con cuidado, despegando de los bordes (aunque les digo a mi ni cerca estuvo de que se me pegue) y colocar en un plato, cortar del tamaño deseado. Sorprender a quien quieras con el postre del finde! *Tip: se puede hacer con cualquier tipo de molde cuadrado o rectangular de más de three cm de alto.
