It has been so good to only CHILL the previous few days. Tomorrow I go away for Atlanta for Christmas, after which my bf & I are doing a cross nation highway journey from Atlanta to LA! Very excited for that, and also you guess I’ll be sharing the meals I eat alongside the way in which 🚘 Very open to recs too!!

POUR 16 CROISSANTS
(1213kcal soit 75kcal/pièce)
🌾¦ 1 pâte brisée (230g-885kcal)
🧀¦ 160g de @stmoret_fr (328kcal)
🌡️¦ 180°C
⏳¦ 30minutes

〰️ Coupez votre pâte en 16 components, déposez 10g (une cuillère à café) de fromage sur chaque triangle et roulez les croissants en partant de l’extrémité la plus giant vers la pointe.
〰️ Badigeonnez de lait, parsemez de pavot et enfournez 30min à 200°C.
〰️ Pour les frites, juste du sel, du paprika fumé @aromandise et au 4 25-30min à 200°C.
