O.G Exiled Cooking (Aftermath)



Hello beautiful people of all ages, sex, races, religions and creeds. Welcome to a day in the life of an O.G just tryna live his life.

I have prepared a Fiesta casserole on today’s stream. Ingredients are
Blac beans, brown rice, enchilada sauce, rotel, frozen corn, cilantro, bell pepper, sweet pepper, parsley cumin seed, chilli powder and shredded cheese.

You can either slow cook your beans or purchase a 15oz can. Slow cook 16oz bag of dry blac beans.
Also cook you chicken before prepping your veggies.
2 cups rice
10oz can enchilada sauce
10oz can of rotel
1 cup corn
1 1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup parsley
1 bell pepper
2 sweet peppers (yellow and red)
1/2 cup cumin seed
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 package of corn tortillas

1. Prepare rice (set aside)
2. Preheat oven to 375°F coat pan with cooking spray
3. In a large bowl, mix your ingredients together. Cooked rice, enchilada sauce, tomatoes, corn, beans, 1 cup cilantro, cumin, chilli powder and 1 cup of cheese.
4. Spread mixture evenly in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and 1/4 cup cilantro. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and cheese has melted.
5. Remove foil or casserole lid and let cook for an additional 20 minutes.
6. Let stand for cool time of 10 minutes.
7. Cut into squares and enjoy with family and friends.
