High Protein Vegan Overnight Oats Meal Prep (2 Ways!)
I’ve been eating this super fast and high protein overnight oat recipe every morning for a few weeks. I switch up the fruit to keep it interesting. Give it a try and enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 1/3 Cup steel cut oats (or old fashioned)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp vanilla (optional)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp flaxseed
1 1/3 Cup almond milk
3 Scoops vegan protein
1/2 Cup walnuts or almonds (optional)
15-20 Oz can pie filling of choice
1 Tsp cinnamon (if using apple)
