Groundbreaking held for Mercy’s children emergency room

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The emergency room will be scary for anybody, particularly for a kid.

Mercy Hospital in Springfield is hoping to ease that worry for youths who want emergency care.

Hospital officers broke floor as we speak on the ‘Mercy Children Emergency Room.’

The brand new ER will give children and households a child-friendly house staffed with pediatric specialists, who know what sort of care children want.

Will probably be integrated into Mercy’s present ER.

John Burson is the vp of ladies and youngsters’s providers.

He explains why this new ER is so necessary for youths.
