Galen University is being a part of the solution to building a better Belize through the programs they offer students and civil society. Today they told us about a stress management for law enforcement training session. The training gave technical support to law enforcement agencies to better equip their personnel to handle the stress and trauma of their jobs. We spoke with Dr. Jarrod Sadulski, Professor and researcher, about the correlation between stress management and job efficiency and life expectancy. He shared that those in these professions are predisposed to challenges in these areas. On our set:
