Dr. Manjar is a doctor of Naseem Motihari and Jan Suraj is associated with the party and he has been very close to Prashant Kishore. Even before this, even when Prashant Kishore came to East Champaran, Prashant Kishore had said about Dr. Manjar Naseem that he is the founding member of Jan Suraj.
