The Rajasthan High Court said women who come to Rajasthan after being married to another state are entitled to the EWS certificate. The Rajasthan High Court made it clear in one of his decisions that women after Rajasthan were entitled to another state to EWS (economically weaker division) certificate after marriage. The single Bank of Justice Munnuri Laxman gave the decision while hearing the petition of Poonam, a resident of Tibbi, Hanumangarh. In fact, Poonam, originally from Haryana, was married to Pawan Kumar, a resident of Hanumangarh Tibbi in Rajasthan. Poonam applied for the EWS certificate for herself, but the authorities rejected his application. Officials said the certificate of the other backward class (OBC) was issued to him from the state of Haryana. Poonam disputed it in the Rajasthan High Court. The court gave the Court of Justice Munnuri Laxman in the direction of reconsideration, while he heard the fact (Sunita Rani vs Rajasthan and others), in which it was given on May 26. On this basis, the Court instructed the defendant’s secretary of the Department of Staff and the Department of Empowerment of the Department, Hanumangarh Collector, Tibbi subdivision officer and others to reconsider the application of the EWS certificate made by the requester. A certificate must be issued to the Woman-HC. The court has made it clear that the competent authority cannot prevent the application from considering the first application. The court acknowledged that the filer in the state of Rajasthan lives after marriage, it was wrong to refuse to give the EWS certificate on the basis that he had the OBC certificate of Haryana. The petitioner applied for the EWS certificate as a general category candidate.
