Mai Al -Ghaiti co -starring The Mummy International – ryan
Young star Mai Al -Ghaiti continues her artistic career with a confident pace towards the world, after she was chosen by the Irish director Lee Cornene to be the heroine of the new version of The Mummy, who described him as being totally different from everything presented in this type of film.
Corinne said that he was looking for something “very old and very frightening”, stressing that Mai was the perfect choice, after a research that lasted for more than six months.
The film will be filmed between Ireland and Spain, and it is expected that it will constitute a qualitative shift in the artistic career of Al -Ghaiti, which has already caught the attention on the international scene, especially after its first starring in the British cinema through the movie Due Dating, which began to be shown recently in London, and embodies the role of “Persha”, the former beloved of the hero “Cole”, which raises his jealousy with her new relationship.
Mai Al -Ghaiti is not alien to international awards, as she won an award from the Cannes Festival for the Film of Clash, and she also won the title of Best Actress from the Chicago and Malo festival for two short films, Nada and Mama.
At the level of Arab cinema, she participated in remarkable works such as Al -Jazeera 2, Rita, Qamar 14 and secondary girls, and also presented dramatic roles in various series, most notably Taya, who does not extinguish the sun and investigation, as well as her appearance as a guest of honor in the Captain series during the past Ramadan.
