No insect control increases the risk. 3.. The slow rate of digitization has so far been secured in scan or digital form. There is a shortage of resources and skilled people. It keeps the risk of losing rare knowledge. 4. Incomplete list and recording is not a complete list of millions of manuscripts present in India. Many collections lie in private or unknown places. This is a big challenge in itself to find and enter them. 5. The lack of experts is much less knowledgeable in languages such as Sanskrit, Pali, Prakrit and Tamil. It is difficult to read and understand manuscripts. Experts are needed for the right explanation. 6. The trouble of translation into other languages is difficult to translate old languages into modern languages. The correct meaning of reference, style and emotion is full of challenge. 7. Geographic and political obstacles are many manuscripts in remote areas. It is difficult to achieve there or not safe. This hinders them to study and save them. 8. Unambiguous and neglect manuscripts are sometimes unknowingly held in temples, houses or ashrams. There is no information about protection or means. This causes the precious heritage to gradually destroy. 9. Lack of financial aid is limited by government schemes and the budget is very low. Private institutions also help in limited quantities. Conservation requires funding. 10. Stolen and illegal trade, many rare manuscripts are stolen and sold in foreign markets. A lack of protection promotes theft.
