When 5 thousand people disappeared out of town overnight

Trending Rajasthan is known for his forts, palaces and beautiful deserts. However, many secrets were hidden in its history. One such 200-year-old mystery is related to a village here that was abandoned overnight. It is said about the town of Kuldhara in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, that thousands of people suddenly disappeared somewhere in one night. This town was established by Paliwal Brahmins in the 13th century. More than 5,000 people lived here. Here, Diwan Salim Singh’s eye fell on Pradhan’s daughter. Diwan wanted to marry her, Pradhan refused. The Diwan threatened that if the residents would not hand her over his daughter, he would attack and pick him up. People left the town in one night to save the daughter’s honor. After which it became known as a haunting village. It is said that, although it evacuated the village of Brahmins, it cursed that it would never be able to inhabit.
