To make parks in Jakarta, Francine said, the Jakarta provincial government must sterilize the cats in the park. The Jakarta Provincial Government must also provide special locations for visitors to the park to provide cats so that the park is neatly arranged. “In addition, the DKI Jakarta provincial government must provide health services for cats in the park.
