Jakarta – The Brimob Unit (Satbrimob) of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police held a health service in the form of blood donations involving staff of all levels. This social activity was held to commemorate the 79th Bhayangkara day. “Blood donation is a form of selfless commitment. It reflects the spirit of the true Bhayangkara to the country in all forms, and not only keeps safety, but also the life of life,” said Satbrimob commander of the Metro Jaya, Satbrimob, senior commissioner Henik Maryanto, Thursday (6/19/2025). This humanitarian action took place today at Bhayangkara Polyclinic Brimob Metro Jaya police. This activity was held as a form of SATBrimob’s service and concern for others, as well as a form of active contribution to supporting the availability of national blood supply. (IST DOC) The implementation of blood donation under the coordination of the head of the Kesjas Satbrimob of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, AKP Ali Muryanto took place in an orderly manner and in line with the standards for health services. A total of 115 staff members were recorded who participated in the activity. Of the number, 92 managed to donate blood, while 23 others do not meet the requirements due to medical factors such as low hemoglobin levels, unstable blood pressure or antibiotic use. The range of activities begins from the administrative process, followed by the investigation into blood pressure and HB levels, before the participants may be declared to donate blood. Comes Henik expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm and spirit of staff who participated in this activity.
