Discussion in the outsourcing of appointments in Jharkhand also approved rules from the Cabinet
Ranchi, May 22 (IANS). The Jharkhand Cabinet meeting held Thursday chaired Chief Minister Hemant Soren, approved the formation of manual (rules) for appointment, pay scale and their terms of employment based on outsourcing in government offices and businesses. Such staff will now be appointed for at least five years. After this, they can get three years of service extension. Discussion rules are followed in appointment. It will be compulsory for the outsourced service provider to ensure that they have to give a minimum pay scale to all staff. The outsourced staff will also be payable to increase the benefit of three percent and accidental group insurance to Rs 4 lakh per year. A grives cell will also be formed to solve their problems. Cabinet secretary of Dana Dadle said that a total of ten proposals were approved during the meeting. According to an important decision, the Water Resources Commission will be formed in the state. This commission will have the responsibility to have the availability of water in all river basins of the state, the development, multidimensional use and effective management. The term of this commission is two years. Free textbooks and copies are provided to students of NGOs, a non-government-recognized minority school, Madrasa and the ninth and tenth degree of Sanskrit schools in Jharkhand. It costs Rs 4.84 crore per year and 41,755 students will benefit from this decision. According to another decision, Science Magazine will be published for distribution among students from ninth to 12th in government schools. Similarly, monthly magazines will be made available to students of the 11th-12th class to prepare for competitive exams.
