In response to Customers -Inquiries Tuesday on the account on the social network website “X” (x): “We currently have problems with our network and we are working to solve it as soon as possible.” The reason for breaking the “Vodafone” service in Egypt, “Vodafone Egypt” said in a message to “Al Sharq” that some regions of the country are having trouble operating some of the fourth generation services because of updates of one of the network components that took place this morning, and vodafone can have the service of the service. Vodafone added that “all other services work naturally and that the service is expected to be restored within hours, and that it will also provide a proposal for the telecommunications regulator to reimburse the clients concerned as soon as the fourth generation services are fully restored, to appreciate the trust of his clients and his dedication to them to provide the best services.” It is noteworthy that complaints and inquiries began appearing on social media of the indigenous clients in Egypt early in early Tuesday.
